The property, including the beachfront, is over 2 acres and has numerous coconut trees as well as other well-developed flora and fauna. Birds, iguanas and monkeys regularly pass through the property.
With over 3500 square feet of interior space, the house is large enough to accommodate sizable gatherings, and was built using the finest materials and the utmost attention to detail. It has all the amenities of a Western home, but also takes advantage of the natural beauty of the surroundings with large, slotted windows around the house that allow a cool breeze to stream through.
A music lover's dream, the Home Theater System is wired throughout the house to the pool area and the master suite, providing the option of dynamic, top-notch sound wherever you go. The staff lives in a house at the front of the property, and can clean the dishes, provide for clean linens, and prepare drinks and meals. They can also help you to make activity arrangements.
