Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, payable by check or
credit card. The remaining 50% must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled
arrival date.
Prior to check-in, you are required to leave a damage deposit via credit card,
which will be credited to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit at check-
out.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your
stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability
