This Condominiums are well kept and are in a great location.
The grounds are colorful and well groomed. The entrance is on the
East side of the main road "Calle Pas Diaz" in Jaco beach. The
complex is gated and is manned 24 hours. there is a large common
area that includes two pools and a Jacuzzi. They are clean and well
maintained. The layout is court style and the one way street travels . JUST ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH, SHOPS, BARS & RESTAURANTS YOU WONT NEED A TAXI TO ENJOY YOUR BUDGET VACATIONS IN JACO.
RATES: 1 bed $75 a night, 2 beds $85 a night, 3 bedrooms $95 a night Month $600

· B9 – 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. No more than 5 people recommended but 6 is the max.
· B27 – 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, queen bed and sofa bed. 3 people recommended but 6 is the max.
· B28 - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, queen bed and sofa bed. 3 people recommended but 6 is the max.
· B55 – 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 3 queen beds and a sofa bed. 6 or 7 recommended but 10 is the max.
· C4 – 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed that has a full size on the bottom. 4 or 5 recommended but 6 is the max.
· C22 - 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. No more than 5 people recommended but 6 is the max.
· M9 – 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, one bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a sofa bed. 6 people max. No internet.
· M15 – 2 queen beds and sofa bed. 4 or 5 recommended but 6 is the max.
· M16 – 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 4 max
· T- 49 – Duplex with 2 bedrooms + loft. 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds and sofa bed. I recommend 9 max but they can have more. They also allow small pets.
