POLÍTICAS DE RESERVA Y CANCELACIÓN:
Todos nuestros precios están sujetos a cambios según la temporada, todos los precios no incluyen IVA (Impuestos de Venta), requeriremos nombre completo según el DNI para poder emitir la Factura correspondiente. Se requiere 50% de anticipación para reservaciones, y 25% es reembolsable si se cancela 45 días antes de la llegada.
RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES:
Please note that all prices are subject to change based on the season and do not include IVA (sales tax). To issue the corresponding invoice, we will require the full name as per your ID. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with 25% refundable if cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival.
LONG TERM RENTALS IN JACO:

One year lease minimum, required at least a deposit equivalent to one month, and in some cases first and last month rent. It is possible to offer 1 to 6 months at higher rent on the same properties.
